After a high-performance climb on take off, we experience a G warm which allowed me to get used to G forces, then we did a delta roll, cruised upside down, vertical rolls where we go Mach .95 (just under the speed of sound) and experienced zero gravity. We decided to experiment with a few of the flavours from the region. We call this mortadella, pistachio panino. Note you can substitute bread with focaccia. Also we made this as an open face sandwich to not mask the flavours behind the bread.
