Andrew Peterson Instagram – So nice to be in Charleston again. I’ve heard about the Angel Oak for years, and even mentioned it in my book (The God of the Garden), but today was my first chance to see it in person and do some painting. I read somewhere that it’s the oldest living thing east of the Mississippi, and whether or not that’s true, it’s truly astonishing.
