Matt Brown Instagram – I have to be honest… I thought morning routines, cold plunges, sun in the eyes, etc, was all trendy fad bs. I’ve always just got up and got going first thing in morning. Since @redwoodoutdoorsco sent me this cold plunge that has all changed. I figured I would try it one morning just to see what it was about and now I’m obsessed. I’m not saying it’s going to win any fights, make me more money, be more successful or any of that, what I’m saying is it’s fucking amazing and I noticed a mental difference day one.
