Matt Brown Instagram – When beginners ask me for advice… My answer has evolved over the years and I’ve said many different things. I heard a quote from @hormozi that was perfect though: “You suck because it’s not reasonable for you not to suck so just go train until you don’t suck.” (Not quoted exact) Time consistency trumps all. Either you haven’t done enough reps or you haven’t done enough reps for long enough. Simple as that. Put in the volume then put in the time and you’ll probably end up better than me, the guy you’re asking advice from. I’m not genetically gifted at all I’ve just out worked everyone and/or done it for longer. By the way, the video… I’ve never met anyone that can handle a brutal pad session like @hwatkins117 he’s a fucking barbarian with the pads I beat the living hell out of him on pads and he loves it.
