Matt Brown Instagram – Not a crazy hard day today but did a few exercises I do regularly to build ko power. I’ve been working on rebuilding my garage gym and it’s looking pretty solid now… anyway this was the workout: warmup-3×5 rounds speed bag…. Rotations with @kynett_usa flywheel trainer (this one is amazing more videos coming soon)…. Homemade earthquake bar presses 4×25…. Kettlebell cleans 5×15 my form sucks haven’t done these in a while…. Isometric abs with punches 1 min hold 5 times…. Then 30 min in @redwoodoutdoorsco sauna at 170-180. @lambofgod rules too. | Posted on 20/Dec/2023 06:49:30
