Paul Sidoti Instagram – Opening night November 2004 was amazing. A jam packed set of Raspberries classics rang from the rafters of a sold out House of Blues Cleveland. It was a triumphant return of a band loved by so many. Fans traveled as far as Japan and England. This led to a reunion tour that lasted through the end of 2007. Highlights included playing VH1 Classic Hanging With Raspberries, 2 nights at BB Kings NYC as well as HOB Chicago and Los Angeles. The celebrity attendance was very cool as a lot of our heroes came out to see the band.
Eric was such a soundboard for me as I considered moving to Nashville in the fall of 2000. He said at my age I should absolutely do it and that it was the place to be if I wanted to pursue a career in music. We had many dinners and conversations about it and it became more and more apparent that he was giving me the best advice.
So in the fall of 2007, I landed what ultimately became my dream gig with Taylor Swift. There were so many times I’d get an email, text, or phone call from Eric saying how happy he was for all the success that was coming our way or how proud he was of me.
