Paul Sidoti Instagram – 4 years ago today Ashley and I received a devastating phone call that crushed our world.. Her beloved stepdad Bill unexpectedly passed away in his sleep.. He was such an amazing man who adored and loved his daughters and grandchildren but sadly for far too short of time.. He was so wonderful to me we shared so many laughs, fun times, and experiences.. One I’ll never forget is when we announced to our families that we were expecting our first child by way of a photo that stated what the picture costs, the frame costs and the tag line “the look on your face when you realize there’s 5 of us in the picture”.. He thought for a second and looked up and said .. “No shit?!”.. That will always put a smile on my face.. So today like every time he came to visit, I went out for a big steak dinner (and yes I ate it all!) in honor of him… I love and miss you Bill.. I know you’re watching up above with that huge smile and great laugh.. Bill wrote the last page in his Notes on his phone very shortly before he passed.. What incredible words to live by.. I chose this George Strait classic as it’s about celebrating life and our precious time on Earth.. And I’m so glad he raised Ashley on amazing country music.. 🥩☺️❤️ | Posted on 13/Aug/2024 22:24:37
