Wanted to share with anybody else who needs it today. Remember – sometimes all we can to is wake up, get up and put one foot in front of the other until the day is done. But if you’re having a tough time and you did this even for just one day you owe yourself a pat on the back. I patted myself on the neck – clearly I need to get back on the yoga mat so I can reach all the way down! 😂🥲
