There’s a LOT of messy, frustrating work that goes into creating any business. What we typically see from the sidelines is someone crossing the finish line 🏁, not the hard work that gets them there. Last week, we opened our 7th Pizzana location in Houston and it was an amazing opening weekend. But it certainly wasn’t easy! We faced lengthy construction and permitting delays.
