Last week, we opened our 7th Pizzana location in Houston and it was an amazing opening weekend. But it certainly wasn’t easy!
We faced lengthy construction and permitting delays. Then, on opening day, the power in our shopping center went out, so we couldn’t even open for lunch as we had intended! 😅
But we kept on smiling, rolling with the punches and pushing forward… and we had a packed house for dinner. 🙃

But you never know exactly what he’s thinking – just when you think he’s out, he’ll come in for the kill. I learned to always be on your toes in the tank from him! 👉🏻Daymond is relatable with a sharp nose for BS. He emphasizes the importance of personal stories in branding. Authenticity and a compelling narrative are key to a strong pitch! 👉🏻Lori is warm and kind with a fantastic eye for products. She truly believes in the people she invests in. Personally, I had to learn how to transition from “Mrs. Sprinkles” into a new role of a seasoned entrepreneur – One that could explore public speaking, investing, and running new businesses outside of just Sprinkles. Although it feels like the blink of an eye looking back, evolving my personal brand took time.
