Cariba Heine Instagram – 1. The kitchen in the hotel open 24hrs & constantly filled with snacks (this was us sneaking 2nd dessert because, well when Massimo Bottura makes you tiramisu, you oblige). The whole idea of the tiny hotel is to have it feel like a home. It does.
2. Original Murano glass chandelier and some of Laras (Massimos wife’s) art.
3. Another form of delicious. Interior.
4. The whole hotel is filled with their personal art. This is Ai Weiweis ‘Dropping A Hand Dynasty Urn’. Made out of legos.
5. Exterior delicious
6. Part of Christmas morning breakfast.. which happens every day. I can’t even begin to explain this breakfast.
7-10. The on-site balsamic vinegar acetaia. Also filled with art and lit like an exhibition. Everything is beautiful🙄
‘Slow food, fast cars’ is the mantra (I haven’t included any of the Ferraris on site) and it’s spot on. The whole experience is so considered. It celebrates Italy and its food in a such an interesting and modern way. The bucket list is slightly shorter. | Posted on 19/Aug/2024 18:27:45
