Chelsea Handler Instagram – I’d conservatively say that @chelseahandler and I have done 1,500 workouts together in the last 10 years, and I’d conservatively say that in at least 1,000 of those workouts, she tells me that I don’t know any good “ab exercises” and that I should consult a “real trainer” 😂 That’s a true story, though I wish it weren’t.
I’m proud to say that after 10 years, I’ve finally came up with a few core exercises that get her to shut up—or at least talk less. Joking aside, the first two moves here are legitimately badass and things I do with the professional athletes I train. Chelsea looks great, but it’s not by accident. No matter what other debauchery she gets into, her 4-5 weekly strength workouts are non-negotiable, and over time she’s built up to doing some pretty awesome stuff like this.
Even better (for both of us), she’s become totally self-sufficient in the gym. She spent the summer touring and vacationing in Europe and worked out completely on her own by piecing together workouts from my online program and stuff we do together in person. When she came back to LA I was expecting to have to build back up, but she didn’t miss a beat at all and actually got stronger over the summer training in her own. I’m not sure if that makes me a good trainer or a bad trainer, but in any case, Chelsea is killing it and these core exercises are great additions to your program. | Posted on 05/Aug/2024 20:56:31
