Claudia Sandoval Instagram – For a long time, I’ve been scared to step into my divine feminine energy. Afraid to be anything but the Chef, Hard Working Single Parent, and Gettur Done kinda person. This past year after a hysterectomy, empty nesting, and a load of personal problems, the universe gifted me time to sit with my feelings and cry. Cry so much. Process. Grieve. And yes deal with depression. Along the way friends have picked me up, called me out, and carried me thru moments I may never share. And while I’m constantly working to process all that my body, heart, and mind have gone thru, I have to remember that at the end of it all. I’m just Claudia. A woman, and flawed individual doing her best to come out on the other side. Working on yourself is hard, but acting tough all the time gets you nowhere. So cheers to embracing your feminine.
