Claudia Sandoval Instagram – We’re having an amazing Culinary Week! 🎉
👩‍🍳 We kicked things off the late morning with the Divino Cacao Hands-On Cooking Class with Executive Chef Reyna Venegas, who introduced us to the divine world of Mexican cacao and gave guests a tour of our farm and its healing properties! 🍫✨
Next, we joined Master Chef Claudia Sandoval for a hands-on class where we created delicious, sustainable seafood and veggie dishes inspired by our Tres Estrellas Organic Garden and complimented by a glass of Pluma from Vinos Lechuza. 🌱🐟
Finally, Top Chef Claudette Zepeda in the Dining Hall treated us to a magical Mexican-inspired plant-based dinner, including a vegetarian Korean-inspired Bao! 🌮🥗
