Crispy Parmesan Ranch Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup caramelized onions
1 cup crushed cornflakes, divided
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, egg, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, chopped thyme, ranch dressing, caramelized onions, half of the crushed cornflakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 1.5-ounce meatballs, then roll each meatball in the remaining crushed cornflakes and Parmesan to coat. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
