In the course of a day I often go to the outer edges of all of my emotions. I can cry til I’m hoarse and laugh til I cry, I can be anxious and dig deep to find my zen and meditate or nap to reset and in all of that, I am full present and alive. You see me onstage or on a red carpet and little do you know the tizzy I was in moments before full of social anxiety and kicking my own arse to get out the door. But I continue to show up with a sense of wonder because I always find surprises round every turn be it a new sight I see, inspiring people I meet, love that captures my heart, experiences that test my limits, a song that speaks to where I am like this one – thank you @coldplay – because here I am on the eve of my 54th circle round the sun and it “Feels Like I’m Falling in Love” with LIFE over and over again. This song sounds like hope. And I am nothing without hope. It’s at the forefront of everything I do. Yes… I am often sad. I often find myself in a state of grief and kick and scream and vent even in the context of my high class problems. But, thanx to my loving supportive spiritual family I am like a cat who always lands on her feet in a space where gratitude and ambition to be better and to put forth inspired art be it through pix and posts like this one or music or a friendly smile reigns supreme. It all shifts energy. It all matters. You all matter. Happy Birthday to me but happy new day to make a difference to you all ♥️🤘🏽😘
