They were so lovely to me and , yes … with a name like Gibson, I’m mostly Italian as my Mom’s side is full Sicilian and my Dad’s origins are sketchy as he was put into foster care as a baby. But … part, German, Italian , and possibly even a Russian Rebbe in his lineage as rumour has it. I grew surrounded by the Italian side though so it is so a part of who I am and this celebration was divine !
