Fearne Cotton Instagram – Recently I’ve been feeling like shit. I’ve been getting colds relentlessly and feeling a bit flat. I’ve been pushing myself a bit too much and expecting too much of my body and mind. The kids being off, the book tour, happy place festival and basically having zero rest. My body always shouts when I’m not listening.
Today was the first time I’ve moved my body in a week. It was slow, the morning sunshine was delightful and I focused on what every bit of my body felt like. Camel pose always feels utterly overwhelming to me and makes me feel a bit sick but it’s such a good heart opener. I feel so much better now 🌞
