1st night preview show was received with open arms!
The level of concentration it takes me to focus on delivering an hour and a half unprompted dialogue is unmatched but Peter Sheridans fluid script and Kathleen’s incredible stories make it fly by so fast we all want more!
@seanygcreative on piano is such a rock for me to deliver songs we all know but really hear and feel in this context.
I’m so grateful I get to do this and get to share a piece of our history with such heart and soul.
This is Kathleen Behans story.
It’s all our story.
It’s our history not from a historian in a book but directly narrated from a daughter, wife, mother, activist, lover, stoic, witty, truly extraordinary matriarchal Irishwoman.
