Johanna Griggs Instagram – What a dream day for work I got to enjoy recently for this Friday’s episode of @bhgaus catching up with the incredibly talented duo of Dylan Abdoo and Troy Rhoades-Brown. Dylan is the brains behind @newcastlegreens which is a specialty farm that grows edible flowers, rare leaves and heirloom vegetables for many of the NSW’s leading restaurants including the two hatted @muserestaurant_ at Hungerford Hill winery in Polkobin which is the baby of @troymuse Both men are chefs who share a huge passion for growing veggies, and then using local produce in the most spectacular way. Listening to the respect they have for one another was so nice. Troy has grown Muse into a special occasion destination, (its had 2 hats for the last 9 years now) that foodies travel hours to experience. Tonight he shares some of the secrets he uses to make plating up look like a gastronomical work of art, and tells us why he dearly loves this part of the world.
