My husband got to see the show, and said – it couldn’t be more in alignment with who you are and your purpose. I pinch myself at every step. Richard Oberacker and Robert Taylor have written such a gorgeous special show!!! Like the character I played, I have a love /hate relationship with organized religion. Religion can build community, and do so much good in the world- but also can teach hate. How many wars have been fought over religion? I was indoctrinated into Christianity. All religions basically have the same core- love others as yourself, love your neighbor… It is important to question your religion. Is it teaching me to hate and ostracize a group of people? I still have faith. I found a church that wecomes and loves all people- no matter who they love. My pastor is gay and married to man. Love is love. 🌈💕 Happy Pride!
