Kristína Nemčková Instagram – A year and a half ago, I moved to Copenhagen for one reason: to work at one of the best restaurants in the world. The first in the Nordic countries to receive the prestigious three Michelin stars and also topped the list of the 50 best restaurants. It’s a place that constantly challenges itself and others by being meatless and focusing solely on local seafood and vegetables. This little universe is called Geranium.
I arrived thinking I knew exactly what this place could offer me, but honestly it gave me so much more.
Beyond entrusting me with the responsibility of sous chef, Geranium taught me the importance of treating people with kindness.
I leave with gratitude, having met so many amazing people throughout my time in Geranium. Relationships I will cherish forever. 🤍

Today, I am moving from Copenhagen. Although I will miss the Danish hygge, it is time for a new challenge.
