Laura Vitale Instagram – With temps as hot as they have been, ya gotta do what the Italians do and just make platters of sunkissed tomatoes and mozz, in this case we are doing a little dressing for the tomatoes and using burrata ( since I can’t get dreamy buffalo mozz when I’m home). Let me tell you, this, maybe a plate of good salami, soppressata or prosciutto, good crusty bread and a chilled glass of wine is truly perfect and can be lunch or dinner without much else.
