I’ve spent this hot and humid summer taking a break from marathon training and focusing on the 5k and 10k. Some days I feel extra speedy and other days I’m longing for a progressive or tempo run. Nonetheless, it’s been a blast lacing up my shoes and racing more than I’m used to. Thank you @tracksmithrunning for putting on the Twilight Series at @icahnstadiumnyc last week. It was hot, humid, and my slowest 5k of the summer, but as we all know, progress is never linear. I can’t wait to lace up and race again soon 🏃‍♀️ 💥
