Things are so crazy busy right now right now but thanks to Gemma at @fitbuddie.co.uk I’m getting much better at prepping most of my meals in advance, and I’m really starting to feel the benefits of it and it really takes no time at all once you get into the habit of it🙌🏻
I’m constantly on the go and one thing I’ve struggled with in the past is trying to stay organised and make healthy choices whilst being out and about. Also one of my favourite things and treats is eating out, so that can also be tricky to try and stay on top of eating well and as clean as possible.
Some reasons why meal prepping is super helpful in staying on track🙌🏻
1. It helps with portion control, ensuring I can avoid oversized portions and unhealthy snacking.
2. It saves time and reduces stress. Having ready-to-eat meals on hand prevents last-minute decisions to order takeaways or eat fast food, which are often high in calories and low in nutrients.
3. It enables better nutritional planning, allowing me to choose balanced meals that are rich in protein, fibre, and healthy fats, keeping me full and satisfied throughout the day.
4. It also provides consistency and accountability, making it easier to stick to the Fitbuddie.
