Sarah Lian Instagram – This time last year I was in a dark place, I questioned everything including my existence, my failed relationships, my recurring wounds. It was a milestone year and I made it a point to fully embrace who I was and accept that the only thing I could control was myself and what I wanted to invite into my life.
After multiple retreats, both hosting and attending, participating in workshops to help me self-reflect in a safe space, so many realisations taught me to shift my perspective and allow the love of my life to be seen.
This community has had a front row seat to my silly stories, antics and mistakes. You have seen me go through my worst and feel the unworthiness cloaked over my back. In many moments, I have felt unqualified to lead but this community has shown me that the right intentions and the purest heart trumps the brokenness we feel. The lifelong friendships that have been derived from this community has ben gold.
My call is for those who feel helpless, aimless or doubtful, to consider working on yourself and build more awareness to work on the wounds that have been making choices for you.
When you start choosing yourself, everything can change.
