Tina Lifford Instagram – Saturday, I got up at 6 a.m. to go for a walk. But for some reason, I didn’t get out of the house until 7:45. Ten minutes into my walk, I met this LOVELY human being. We spent the next 90 minutes talking. It wasn’t until he spoke of the Self three times with the respect and awe I hold for the Self that I realized our meeting was not an accident. We were meant to meet. I look forward to getting to know Tarek more.
