Sometimes I’m lazy and don’t want to really cook, but I will bust out the toaster and top my little rectangles of joy with whatever I have, in this case kale-cashew pesto, sliced tomatoes (hello summer!) and capers. A perfect lunch on a relaxing afternoon 🙌🏽
