Peg board foot-hand traverse is a difficult challenging movement that requires a high level of grip strength and an understanding of weight transfer with the foot-hand to effectively to use the peg and move more smoothly. @amruthasrini attempted to finish this challenge a few times during the last session; actually she understood and moved well, but she couldn’t complete it. In today’s session, she tried again, and this time she moved with full energy and deeper understanding in which she accomplished the challenge with the big smile on her face. Acceptance, consistency, and consciousness will take us where we want to go in life.🤍
