Angela Scanlon Instagram – Before filming this I felt totally frazzled, in my head, overwhelmed – it’s been one of those weeks / months / (years) where I’ve maybe taken on too much and feel a bit battered, a bit sorry for myself. Then I remembered that when I’m consumed in my own crap it’s best to get a bit of perspective by looking outward – doing something to lift someone else.
Cute exchanges, smiles of joy, happy strangers, roadside compliments, someone said it made their day. Little moments of joy in chaos keep me sane and I want to do it everyday!!
