275lb 🏋🏽♀️x 10 reps.. New record, and not even my max 😮💨… It feels so rewarding to step into foreign territory feeling accomplished that I supported myself through it. It’s also so powerful to have other people who inspire you to push past your ceilings of strength and belief.
Having someone who you trust enough and their vision they see of you be the fuel to challenge your limiting beliefs can be the catalyst to expanding your power. Thanks to @alecpenix @perfectformla for constantly challenging and encouraging me to break down barriers and test my maximums.
(Also, my fingers when I push the bar away makes me giggle 🤭)
