Heather Headley Instagram – These beautiful, amazing, talented, intelligent, loving, kind, hilarious, sassy (for the sake of anonymity I’ll refrain from saying which one SHE is 💖…), remarkable, and extraordinary young people have given me the honor of calling ME their #mom.
Every morning they wake up and forgive my shortcomings from the day before, and somehow still love me through it.
They take care of my heart: teach it, grow it, tickle it, challenge it…and I hope they feel loved and wanted and appreciated more than they could imagine everyday.
School starts again, and I pray peace and protection and success over them…the amazing #teachers who do so much while they’re in their care (thank you ALL!), the #administrators and #staff who watch over it all, and all our other babies (big and small) starting #school.
I’ll be okay…🥹!
