We have officially decided to put our podcast Hot Marriage Cool Parents on hold as we prepare to welcome these sweet baby boys into the world!💕 I went through *awful* postpartum depression (literally Su!cidal😩) after having Hendrix and I am doing everything I can to prevent that from happening this time around. Im even thinking of eating my placenta bc studies show it helps combat PPD.👀 … did you eat your placenta? Would you if you knew it helped??🙈
We will keep our YouTube channel, Hanging With The Hehners (turning @hotmarriagecoolparents into our YouTube IG page🙌). There we will share our raw, real lives as we prepare to go from 2 kids to 4 overnight!🤪
We will be keeping it as real there as I do here on IG bc no one has time to try to keep up with the jones’s and even the Jones’s can’t keep up with themselves.😆 It won’t always be aesthetically pretty or pleasing, but I promise it’ll always be REAL & RAW bc us mamas gotta be honest with each other.💯❤️

I’m 32 weeks tomorrow so these boys are coming SOOON!!! We’re going to miss podcasting, but we will back!😜 We want to be able to be the BEST parents we can be to our two older kiddos and these twinnies so we had to let something go.😭
But I’ll still see ya daily here and weekly for fuller videos on the ‘tube!😜 what are some topics/things you wanna see more from us?!
