As so many walk carpets in the Toronto Film Festival with their films, I’m here. They passed. No stars, too small, I don’t think anyone ever watched it at all. Such is life, I guess. This isn’t about glitz, walking carpets and getting my picture taken. I honestly hate all that. This is about justice for a good piece of art. Not judged on fame, money or the status I hold or don’t hold. It pains me to my core for me as the filmmaker, the producer, the actor but more-so , the human. A human who just loved movies as a kid and still tries to. Not gonna lie- it’s getting harder thou.
So I’ll be walking, wandering, disappearing into these amazing streets where art, hope and even elephants on 14th street all exist.
