JoJo Instagram – Somehow I thought I was doing something noble by compartmentalizing and acting like things weren’t effecting me. But repressed emotions did nothing but keep me BLOCKED and ultimately in more pain – then inflicting that pain onto others. I learned the hard way- and I’m still learning.
