Kate Cast Instagram – YOGA 🧘🏼‍♀️ IS NOT ABOUT BEING FLEXIBLE OR MASTERING THE IG GLAMOROUS POSES. Yoga is about showing up for yourself every day with no expectations about how it should go. It’s about letting go the labels like “too injured” , “too old”, “all different kinds of – not being enough-“( The question in my head “How do you want to teach with all your injuries?!!! 🤪” f.e. is my Ego’s voice and thanks to my inner practice I’m able to recognize that. ), “if I don’t exhaust myself, it’s not workout & my practice doesn’t count” ( re-calling all the gym 🏋️‍♂️ hard-core people I was used to be part of many years ago.) , but about finding new ways and being ok with “Namaslay” (staying in bed yoga 😅 when you need some rest – me today ☺️). And last but not the least; the highest form of yoga is actually happening beyond the mat, in your daily life; where you can see how much you can stretch your mind when confronting another people and situations and most importantly; Yourself. 💕
