But It might be different every day;
As my energy level changes – sometimes I can sky rock my yoga 🧘🏼♀️ practice and go for challenging poses when on another ones I say “Hi!” 🙋🏼♀️ to the sun ☀️ (SURYA NAMASKARA) and can go back to sleep 😴 “child pose.”
The same (the “real yoga practice” ) applies for my mental health. Sometimes I’m full of energy and just generate it onto everyone I encounter when another times I’m just minding my own business and saving my energy.
But still it doesn’t mean that I have the permission to be mean and blame the people around for my Moon. Everyone is constantly dealing & healing with something you don’t have clue about so the last what you can do it’s being kind. 💕 🙏🏻 💕

YOGA 🧘🏼♀️ IS NOT ABOUT BEING FLEXIBLE OR MASTERING THE IG GLAMOROUS POSES.
Yoga is about showing up for yourself every day with no expectations about how it should go. It’s about letting go the labels like “too injured” , “too old”, “all different kinds of – not being enough-“( The question in my head “How do you want to teach with all your injuries?!!! 🤪” f.e. is my Ego’s voice and thanks to my inner practice I’m able to recognize that. ), “if I don’t exhaust myself, it’s not workout & my practice doesn’t count” ( re-calling all the gym 🏋️♂️ hard-core people I was used to be part of many years ago.) , but about finding new ways and being ok with “Namaslay” (staying in bed yoga 😅 when you need some rest – me today ☺️).
And last but not the least; the highest form of yoga is actually happening beyond the mat, in your daily life; where you can see how much you can stretch your mind when confronting another people and situations and most importantly; Yourself. 💕

I personally have the weakness for black&white pics but at the same time; life is more colorful (every day is different and thing are constantly changing,…) and not as simple as just 🖤 & 🤍

INTIMACY
We used to think Intimacy is about SEX. But I think it’s more about being vulnerable and being OK with that. Showing the another person Your Truth & real-self and being loved and accepted for Who You really are.
Then even the SEX is completely different experience. The most fulfilling and highest act of Two beings unified together in One. The highest Manifestation what We are capable of. ❤️
