Kate Cast Instagram – Beauty for me is being my best possible version and shine it from inside out. ❤️ But It might be different every day; As my energy level changes – sometimes I can sky rock my yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ practice and go for challenging poses when on another ones I say “Hi!” 🙋🏼‍♀️ to the sun ☀️ (SURYA NAMASKARA) and can go back to sleep 😴 “child pose.” The same (the “real yoga practice” ) applies for my mental health. Sometimes I’m full of energy and just generate it onto everyone I encounter when another times I’m just minding my own business and saving my energy. But still it doesn’t mean that I have the permission to be mean and blame the people around for my Moon. Everyone is constantly dealing & healing with something you don’t have clue about so the last what you can do it’s being kind. 💕 🙏🏻 💕
