Kate Cast Instagram – INTIMACY We used to think Intimacy is about SEX. But I think it’s more about being vulnerable and being OK with that. Showing the another person Your Truth & real-self and being loved and accepted for Who You really are. Then even the SEX is completely different experience. The most fulfilling and highest act of Two beings unified together in One. The highest Manifestation what We are capable of. ❤️
Kate Cast Instagram – Beauty for me is being my best possible version and shine it from inside out. ❤️ But It might be different every day; As my energy level changes – sometimes I can sky rock my yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️ practice and go for challenging poses when on another ones I say “Hi!” 🙋🏼‍♀️ to the sun ☀️ (SURYA NAMASKARA) and can go back to sleep 😴 “child pose.” The same (the “real yoga practice” ) applies for my mental health. Sometimes I’m full of energy and just generate it onto everyone I encounter when another times I’m just minding my own business and saving my energy. But still it doesn’t mean that I have the permission to be mean and blame the people around for my Moon. Everyone is constantly dealing & healing with something you don’t have clue about so the last what you can do it’s being kind. 💕 🙏🏻 💕
