1. Oats – 50g -200kcal
2.Banana -1 -120kcal
3.Almond -5-6-50kcal
4.Dates-5 -100kcal
5.Raisins -5 (Not a caloric food) I like the taste

7.Milk- 300ml -160kcal
8.Peanut butter ( I don’t like peanut butter in shakes but you can definitely add)
