mushkil tha per saans li @ Zara 💔 sometimes life starts to cave in on you and the only thing you can’t do is… Breathe.. it’s the hardest step.. and the most necessary.. to breathe & slow down & realise what’s really going on around you.. the family members you love & trust & want to help heal are the reason why you can’t breathe.. stepping away doesn’t seem like the option but it’s important to know it’s the only option.. hope & pray that the debates that #jafaa has started are helpful for women suffering in silence.. even if one girl can see her reality through our lens & stand up for herself.. our job is done.. Physical abuse garbed in emotional abuse is hard to identify.. even harder to survive it & walk out of it.. playing Zara & especially one of the scenes in today’s episode was utterly painful.. Love & prayers for all the survivors.. You’re not alone.. you always keep going back till you finally can’t.. to an abusive husband/wife, to a family member, to a close friend… wish it wasn’t the reality but it is for many of us & we shall smile again.. live again… 🤲🏻✨
