It really is such a wonderful balance of everything from the physical training which was so varied and fun and which also works to push you whatever your fitness level to the wellness element and the mindfulness side of it. You also really do get the chance to just play and not to mention with the loveliest people 🙏🏻It was another opportunity to learn so much about myself and take myself out of my comfort zone but In a beautiful, and very safe space. I’ve taken so much away from it all and can’t wait to come back again
