This is @smithersm, one of my favorite people in the whole world, and one the best besties I could ever ask for. He even walked me down the aisle. 💕 In 2018, the same year he got married, he was diagnosed with a rare form of blood cancer. Thanks to the incredible work of @themmrf, we have gotten to, and will get to, celebrate many, many more days together. Each year, he and @mbdey do incredible work raising money for @themmrf. This year they are climbing Mt Kilimanjaro!! (While I have joined them for the 5k previous years, they surprisingly did not ask me to join them for this. 🤷🏾‍♀️) It would mean so much to me if you would consider donating to @themmrf. Not me making an UNBOXING video!! Do people still make these?? Well I’ve always had a knack for trailing comfortably behind most trends, so here we are. Thank you @gitartsy_ for these STUNNING hand-painted, custom “Hilary” sneakers. Your talent is truly next-level!! I will treasure these stunning works of art forever. I tried to keep it tight, since I know life is busy and attention spans are short but I was genuinely moved to tears by the beauty and meaningfulness of these sneakers. (And for those who don’t want to wait through a 2 mins unboxing video, I open the box about 45 seconds in 😉). One month of training with @richcerauloko and I am still loving it. Yes, loving it. LISTEN- to know me is to know, I have not found “joy” in exercise in a very, very, VERY long time. But I genuinely look forward to these sessions. I love feeling strong and I love getting stronger. Best of all, my past injuries haven’t flared up, and I’m finally able to strengthen all the muscles that have so needed strengthening, in a safe way. LFG baby!!!!! 💪🏾🔥🔥🔥
