Sarayu Blue Instagram – One month of training with @richcerauloko and I am still loving it. Yes, loving it. LISTEN- to know me is to know, I have not found “joy” in exercise in a very, very, VERY long time. But I genuinely look forward to these sessions. I love feeling strong and I love getting stronger. Best of all, my past injuries haven’t flared up, and I’m finally able to strengthen all the muscles that have so needed strengthening, in a safe way.
