I have been attending this event for a very long time and continue to be so inspired by the young women who share their stories. Step Up is a wonderful organization that supports teen girls in under-resourced communities by providing career advice and mentorship to allow them to become more confident, fearless and college-bound. In today’s climate, it is more important than ever to teach teen girls their value and the strength of their voice; to foster their inner resolve that their potential is limitless.⁣
