Mental health is so important! especially over the last five years, it has become an epidemic. Many people are silently suffering. It’s so important to get help, have support, and speak openly so that this is not stigmatized. There are so many resources out there to help, sometimes it’s hard to find, but they are out there. Life is full of ups and downs. Don’t ignore your mental health.
