January —> May . I’m super excited it’s shorts weather AND that I’m seeing so much progress. I always get a lot of “I prefer this size or that size” when I post these things. But ya know what? I literally COULD NOT care less how someone prefers my body to look. I was happy with it in January and I’m happy with it now. Seeing the hard work pay of is so gratifying.

When I change my body it’s not for other people, it’s for me. It’s not because I hate my body, it’s because I love it. It’s not because I’m dissatisfied with life, it’s because it’s fun. Seeing the fruits of my hard work is SO rewarding. Not just because I like the way it looks, but it proves to me what I’m capable of accomplishing if I set my mind to it and don’t give up.

You can love your body and still be excited about weight loss. You can be happy with the way your body looks and still want to change it.

Your worth has nothing to do with your weight. Love and respect yourself. Enjoy life and be happy.💖
