Day 21/90: Celebrated my birthday eve with a special dinner, savoring the moment while staying on track. 4 kg down and feeling grateful for the support and progress #noopurkalra
Day 22/90: Celebrated my 31st birthday today with a well-deserved cheat day! Skipped the diet and indulged in my favorite Korean BBQ. Had a fantastic time catching up and enjoying great food with friends and family. It was a perfect way to mark the occasion and treat myself!
Day 19/90 Travel day. Flights are hectic, and this one was delayed. I’m so tired, but luckily, Veer was really good throughout. We finally reached home, so happy to be back. Had dinner and went straight to bed. #noopurkalra
Day 18/90: Post Baby Transformation Journey Today, we left Vadodara for Ahmedabad. It was a good, relaxing day, and I even managed to do a bit of birthday shopping! We met up with some of Anuj’s college friends, which was a lot of fun. Despite the travel, I tried to stick to my routine as much as possible. #noopurkalra
Day 23/90 ✨ Today was all about taking it easy and enjoying the little moments. I whipped up some delicious and healthy Chettinad chicken that hit just the right spot. 🥘 Spent quality time with Veer and mom—nothing beats those special family moments. 💛 Also managed to cook something special for mom and made a rosemary spray for my hair to keep it nourished. 🌿 Ended the day with some much-needed skincare and called it a night. #PostBabyTransformationJourney #LifeOfNoopa #NoopurKalra
