Regular heat exposure use (yeah, I know I probably shouldn’t be in a sauna every day, but I’m addicted, even to the smell of cedar 😂) is a staple in my “body wellness routine” It’s a great place to do my stretches, meditation and reading! I’ve had it for almost a year and it’s my sanctuary. Pro tip: DON’T wear your clip in hair extensions like I did on Monday, the metal parts get very HOT 😂😂😂
Here’re my other anti-aging tools that I to keep my body firm:-)
– RF energy and ultrasound treatments @klinikamiracki these heat up the skin, stimulating collagen production and causing existing collagen fibers to contract and tighten. Game-changers in terms of firmness!
– Weightlifting and Pilates. I do weights 4-5 times a week and cardio only once a week!
– Diet with no sugar or any processed foods (the sugar has been the toughest thing to let go of, but I’ve never felt better) I’ve been vegan though for years.
– Cold showers and cold plunges (watch my other reels on the subject)
– Supplements like vegan collagen and creatinine are new additions to my insane daily supplement intake
