Even many “spiritual” life coaches teach you to only focus on the “good” but rarely are we encouraged to feel the “bad” but this is where the magic is. Facing the uncomfortable and feeling it in your body will make that experience only there for as long as it needs to be there for and it will actually feel beautiful. Surrender to it and MOVE through it. Your physical body is such a gift and all the “pain” that comes with it is such a gift. Learn the lesson that it teaches you by surrendering to it and then let it go with GRATITUDE. I know when you feel angry or you’re depressed this is the last thing you wanna do but DANCE! Move your body with an intention to feel it, hear what it’s trying to teach you and then be free of it. This is how I moved past the grief of losing Keanu, this is how I moved past the fear when the landslide happen on my property this year and this is how I moved past any heartbreak I’ve experienced. Don’t run from it or numb it with various substances and endless scrolling. God wants to experience it all. We are the only ones labeling it as “good” or “bad”.
